The Indianapolis Colts defeated the Arizona Cardinals 31-27 in a Week 6 regular season matchup at Lucas Oil Stadium in Indianapolis on October 12, 2025. The Cardinals were without starting quarterback Kyler Murray (foot injury), so Jacoby Brissett started in his place. Brissett threw for 320 yards and two touchdowns on 27 of 44 passing with one interception. Colts' quarterback Daniel Jones threw for two touchdowns and had a rushing touchdown for the Colts. He completed 22 of 30 passes for 212 yards and one interception.
