The Cincinnati Bengals defeated the Pittsburgh Steelers 33-31 in a thrilling Thursday Night Football matchup on October 16, 2025. The Steelers were leading 31-30 but in the final 10 seconds, the Bengals scored a field goal which gave them the lead. The quarterbacks of both teams balled out (played well), Joe Flacco is 40, Aaron Rodgers is 41. The fact they are playing as well as they are in their 40's is inspirational. Joe Flacco, recently acquired by the Bengals, delivered a standout performance, throwing for 342 yards and three touchdowns. Aaron Rodgers, despite throwing four touchdown passes, was hampered by two crucial interceptions in the first half which the Bengals converted into points. Bengals wide receiver Ja'Marr Chase had an exceptional game, setting a new Bengals record with 16 receptions for 161 yards and a touchdown.

The Houston Texans just defeated the Buffalo Bills 23-19 on the 20th of November 2025. The Texans defence put up a masterful performance, they sacked Bills quarterback (Josh Allen) 8 times and forced 3 turnovers. Their safety Calen Bullock made two interceptions and a forced fumble, including the game-ending interception in the final seconds. The Texans played without their starting quarterback C.J. Stroud due to injury. Davis Mills was the starting quarterback instead. He threw for a total of 153 yards, 2 passing touchdowns and no interception.

The Houston Texans just defeated the Indianapolis Colts with a score of 20-16 in their Week 13 game. Quarterback CJ Stroud made a comeback from injury for the Texans. He had struggled at the beginning of the season with subpar performances. The Texans started off with 3 losses, when he got injured in week 9 they had 3 wins and 5 losses. While he was gone they won all 3 games which gave them 6 wins and 5 losses. In the previous seasons CJ has been amongst the best quarterbacks. The Colts put up a strong performance but the Texan defence shut them down. The colts now have 8 wins and 4 losses.
